New Mexico Singing Churchmen

The New Mexico Singing Churchmen, established in 1976, is composed of ministers from Southern Baptist Churches in New Mexico.

August 20-21, 2012, the New Mexico Singing Churchmen recorded an album "LOVE HAS COME". It is now available.

The Singing Churchmen has performed throughout New Mexico and other areas of the southwestern United States. In 2002, the Singing Churchmen was a featured group at the Winter Olympic Games in Salt Lake City, Utah. In 2004, the group performed in prisons and churches in Bangkok and Chiang Mai Thailand. And in September 2007 they went to Panama City Panama to assist in a Kuna Hymnal dedication.
In addition to presenting concerts, the group has lead music leadership conferences domestically and internationally.
The New Mexico Singing Churchmen Scholarship Fund, created to assist New Mexicans preparing to serve as vocational church music ministers, was established in 1995 by the group.
