First Baptist Church Carlsbad, located in southeast New Mexico, is seeking a full-time Student & Singles Pastor to lead, oversee, and grow a dynamic ministry to students (grades 6–12) and singles/young adults (ages 18–25). FBC Carlsbad is a multi-generational, mission-minded Southern Baptist church with approximately 250 in Sunday morning worship and a reputation as a leader within the Baptist Convention of New Mexico.
