The 1-Day Mission Trip is a statewide missions effort where New Mexico Baptists from churches across the state unite to serve in two areas, usually cities, on the same day. Working with locally-planned activities, 1-Day volunteers use practical acts of service to create opportunities and seek permission to share the Gospel with community members.

Imagine the impact of hundreds of believers from across New Mexico descending upon local neighborhoods with one shared, burning passion: to proclaim the Gospel and see lives transformed.
On Saturday, September 26th, the Baptist Convention of New Mexico is hosting the 1Day BCNM Mission Trip. This is a powerful, one-day opportunity to send laborers directly into the harvest. We are mobilizing churches to meet physical needs, build lasting relationships, and boldly share the hope of Jesus Christ.
This year, we are doubling our footprint with two strategic locations:
- Roswell, NM
- East Mountains / Estancia Valley, NM
Whether your church is large or small, seasoned in mission trips or looking for a way to get started, there is a place for you on the field.
The Vision: Outreach Meets Proclamation

Each of these activities is designed to engage our communities and open the door to present the Gospel to every single person we serve.
