New Mexico Women of Worship

On May 3rd, 2014 we were blessed to hear the first ever New Mexico Women of Worship Concert at Sandia Baptist Church in Albuquerque.  We are looking forward to what 2015 holds and hearing more from this talented group.  Requirements for singing with the NMWOW are an application, audition and letter of recommendation from your pastor.  For more information, and to see if you qualify you can email Katie Carroll at [email protected] or by phone at 505.924.2313.

New Mexico Singing Churchmen

The New Mexico Singing Churchmen, established in 1976, is composed of ministers from Southern Baptist Churches in New Mexico.

August 20-21, 2012, the New Mexico Singing Churchmen recorded the album “LOVE HAS COME”.  The New Mexico Singing Churchmen have a total of 5 recordings available for purchase.

The Singing Churchmen has performed throughout New Mexico and other areas of the southwestern United States. In 2002, the Singing Churchmen was a featured group at the Winter Olympic Games in Salt Lake City, Utah. In 2004, the group performed in prisons and churches in Bangkok and Chiang Mai Thailand. And in September 2007 they went to Panama City Panama to assist in a Kuna Hymnal dedication.

 
In addition to presenting concerts, the group has lead music leadership conferences domestically and internationally.
 
The W.A. Bradshaw / New Mexico Singing Churchmen Scholarship Fund was created to assist New Mexicans preparing to serve as vocational church music ministers, was established in 1995 by the group.  For scholarship information contact Katie Carroll by email at [email protected] or by phone at 505.924.2313.
