Pastor’s Retreat and Conference
There will be 2 options this year. The first one will be at Sivells May 3-4 and the other will be at Inlow May 17-18. Content will be the same for both events.

The BCNM offers these two Pastor’s Retreats that will focus on Biblical Leadership. Pastors, you are invited to come and bring your key men you want to invest in as leaders. The retreats offer:
1.) Biblical truths on leadership from an experienced bible teacher.
2.) Practical principles on leadership from an experienced pastor.
3.) Time for fellowship and encouragement from staff and other pastors.
Dr. Michael Dean will be leading the training. Dr. Dean retired from Travis Avenue Baptist Church in Fort Worth, Texas after serving that congregation for 28 years. He also served in several other churches in Texas, as well as pastor of First Baptist Church in Artesia from 1981-1987. He has degrees from both Southwestern and Gateway (formerly Golden Gate) seminaries. Michael and his wife, Nan, now live in Glorieta.
